Dentsu in Chicago is hiring a Senior Manager, Relationship Marketing Strategy to lead strategic omni-channel plans and translate 1st party data and CRM into client ideas. You will build trusted advisor relationships with key client contacts and collaborate across teams to deliver executable plans and measurable impact.

The role requires 7+ years in data-driven marketing, agency experience, and strong analytical/public presentation skills. Moderate travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years' experience in data-driven marketing – CRM, email, online/offline media.
• 3+ years working in an agency or consulting firm.
• Experience with Braze is advantageous.
• Proficient with Excel for complex spreadsheets and data analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint skills to present data-driven recommendations.
• Experience in a matrixed organization with latitude for decision making.
• Travel ~20–40% depending on client.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategic omni-channel marketing plans.
• Translate new technology, especially first-party data and CRM, into client ideas.
• Monitor trends and technology and translate into marketing ideas.
• Develop trusted, long-term relationships with client contacts and executives.
• Ensure meaningful client value through best-practice and original thinking.
• Collaborate with account leadership, operations, creative, analytics and partner agencies.
• Identify data points and measurements to show impact on client business.
