Job summary

The Standard is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager II to support advisors and plan sponsors across the United States from a remote position. You will drive growth by coordinating enrollment, plan improvements, and education, while delivering investment oversight and due diligence reports virtually.

A strong background in retirement plans and ERISA is required. Qualified candidates will hold a Series 6/7 (and 63 where applicable) or Series 65 within 90 days, and possess a Bachelor’s

Qualifications

• 5+ years demonstrated relationship management experience in retirement plans.
• Strong knowledge of qualified plans, ERISA, and qualified plan investments.
• Licensing: Series 6/7, with Series 63, or Series 65 required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with advisors and channel relationships through frequent contact and proactive communication.
• Provide plan design consulting and investment due diligence and monitoring reports as needed.
• Drive client retention by delivering value-added information and conducting virtual meetings.
