The Standard in California seeks a Virtual Relationship Manager II to manage advisor and employer relationships, delivering plan design guidance, enrollment support, and education through virtual meetings.

You will drive client retention by providing value through plan reviews, due diligence, and timely updates on regulatory changes; 5+ years in retirement plans and active licenses are required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years demonstrated relationship management experience in retirement plans with strong knowledge of qualified plans, ERISA, and investments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional licensing required or within 90 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage primary relationships with advisors and channel relationships through proactive communication and problem resolution.
• Provide plan design consulting, investment due diligence, and monitoring reports as needed.
• Support enrollment, re-enrollment and education processes through virtual meetings and scheduled sessions.
• Coordinate new group installations with advisors and sponsors, including data collection and submission processes.
• Deliver plan reviews and value-added information to drive client retention and respond to regulatory changes.
