Job summary

The Standard is hiring a Virtual Relationship Manager II to support advisors, employers, and plan sponsors across a dedicated book of business. You will manage relationships, deliver plan reviews, and coordinate enrollment and education through virtual meetings to drive growth and retention.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in retirement plans relationship management, strong ERISA knowledge, and a Series 6/7/63 license within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 5+ years demonstrated relationship management experience in retirement plans.
• Strong knowledge of qualified plans, ERISA, and plan investments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage effective relationships with advisors and channel relationships.
• Coordinate enrollment, re-enrollment and education processes for groups.
• Provide plan design consulting and investment due diligence reports.
• Drive client retention by delivering value and plan reviews via virtual meetings.
• Support installation and onboarding of new groups and sponsors.
• Participate in sales presentations and promote new products to employers.
