The Standard is seeking a virtual Relationship Manager II to deliver best-in-class service to advisor and employer relationships across assigned accounts. You will plan, design, and monitor retirement plans, providing investment due diligence and updates while supporting virtual engagements with plan sponsors and participants.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in retirement plans, ERISA knowledge, and required licensing.

Formación

• 5+ years of relationship management experience in retirement plans.
• Strong knowledge of qualified plans, ERISA, and investments.
• Series 6/7, and 63 or Series 65 license required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage effective primary relationships with advisors and channel relationships through frequent contact and proactive touchpoints.
• Develop and manage standalone plans and Private Label PEPs.
• Coordinate enrollment, re-enrollment and education processes with plan sponsors and channel relationships.
• Provide plan design consulting services and investment due diligence reports as needed.
• Drive client retention by delivering value-added information and plan reviews via virtual meetings.
• Assist in installation of new groups with advisors and plan sponsors and related data collection.
