Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial financing or equivalent lending experience.
• Established relationships and a proven track record in direct origination with relevant companies.
• Expertise in negotiating, structuring, and closing complex loans.
• Strong analytical and credit skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships to generate direct deal flow
• Engage with sponsors and borrowers to expand relationships and identify opportunities
• Partner with regional leadership to create and track strategic plans and individualized goals
• Monitor credit quality of the portfolio and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
