For our client, we are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager - Middle Market (Cleveland, Ohio) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role is focused on building and deepening middle market banking relationships while originating new business and expanding the portfolio through direct deal flow. You will work closely with sponsors, borrowers, and regional leadership to shape strategic plans, pursue lending opportunities, and support disciplined portfolio growth. The position also requires a strong focus on credit quality, deal execution, and compliance with reporting expectations in a fast-moving commercial lending environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $131,612 – $219,478 annually
