Navitus Health Solutions, LLC seeks a Sr. Staff Attorney to assist the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory. The role involves drafting legal documents and templates, managing doc templates and corporate records, and performing legal research under limited supervision.

You will provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on policy implications, support CQI initiatives, and help shape the organization's direction. Remote work options available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree through an accredited program.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of experience working in legal required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and templates for various business needs.
• Manage document templates and corporate legal records.
• Perform records and legal research and prepare correspondence.
• Advise staff on legal implications of business objectives and policies.
• File legal documents in digital and physical filing systems.
• Develop processes for indexing and filing of legal documents and contracts.
• Other duties as assigned.
