Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory, drafting legal documents and templates, and managing corporate records. The role involves research, correspondence, and maintaining filing systems in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop legal guidance for initiatives, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate across teams to support Navitus’ objectives and regulatory obligations.

Competenze

• Completion of a law degree from an accredited program.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of experience working in legal.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Mansioni

• Assist the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory, drafting legal documents and templates.
• Manage document templates and corporate legal records.
• Perform records and legal research and prepare correspondence under limited supervision.
• File legal documents and correspondence in digital and physical filing systems.
• Develop processes for indexing and filing of legal documents and managing contracts.
• Other duties as assigned.
