Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to assist the Chief Legal Officer and Regulatory, drafting legal documents and templates, and managing corporate records under limited supervision.

The role involves legal research, advising staff on policies, developing processes for filing contracts, and ensuring compliance while supporting Navitus and CQI initiatives. The position offers remote work options and competitive benefits.

Formación

• Law degree from an accredited program.
• License to practice law (Wisconsin preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of legal experience required.
• Participate in and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with staff.

Responsabilidades

• Draft legal documents and templates.
• Manage document templates and corporate legal records.
• Perform records and legal research and prepare correspondence.
• Inform development of Navitus initiatives from a legal perspective and provide guidance on legal issues.
• Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on business objectives and applicable policies.
• Research statutes, decisions, contracts and legal codes.
• File legal documents and correspondence in digital and physical filing systems.
• Develop processes for indexing and filing of legal documents and managing contracts.
• Other duties as assigned.
