Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to join our team. The role assists the Chief Legal Officer and AGC, drafts legal documents, and manages templates and records under limited supervision.

You will research statutes, prepare correspondence, and provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on policy implications, helping shape the organization’s direction and compliance program objectives.

Competenze

• Completion of a law degree through an accredited program.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of experience working in legal required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Mansioni

• Drafts legal documents and templates and manages document templates.
• Assists Chief Legal Officer and AGC with regulatory matters.
• Performs records research and prepares correspondence under limited supervision.
• Facilitates CQI activities through legal guidance and alignment with values.
• Researches statutes, judicial decisions, contracts, and legal codes.
• Files legal documents in digital and physical filing systems.
• Develops processes for indexing and filing of legal documents and contracts.
• Other duties as assigned.
