Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to assist the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory. The role involves drafting legal documents, templates, and managing corporate records and correspondence with limited supervision.

The incumbent will provide legal counsel on business objectives, support regulatory initiatives, and conduct legal research to inform Navitus’ strategic direction and policies. An Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Requires JD from an accredited law program.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of legal experience.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsabilités

• Drafts legal documents and templates and manages legal records.
• Provides legal counsel on business objectives and policy implications.
• Performs legal research and prepares correspondence.
• Files and indexes legal documents and contracts; develops filing processes.
