Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to join our team. The role involves drafting legal documents and templates, managing document templates and corporate records, conducting legal research, and preparing correspondence with limited supervision.

The Sr. Staff Attorney will support the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory, and provide legal guidance to Navitus staff on business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Completion of a law degree from an accredited program.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of experience working in legal required.
• Ability to provide guidance on legal issues that impact business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and templates and maintain corporate records.
• Research statutes, judicial decisions, contracts, and legal codes.
• Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on policy and practice implications.
