Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel. You will draft legal documents, manage templates and records, and perform research under limited supervision, helping ensure compliance with regulatory objectives.

As part of Navitus and SSM Health, you will translate the organization's values into CQI initiatives, prepare memorandums, and provide legal counsel to staff on policy implications for business decisions.

Formación

• Requires law degree from an accredited program.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• Approximately 5 years of legal experience required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Drafts legal documents and templates and manages legal records.
• Implements Navitus values and supports CQI activities.
• Prepares memorandums and correspondence.
• Advises on legal issues to shape the organization’s direction.
• Provides guidance to staff on policy implications and business objectives.
• Researches statutes, cases, and contracts.
• Files documents in digital and physical filing systems.
• Develops processes for filing and contract management.
