Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Staff Attorney to support the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory. The role focuses on drafting legal documents, templates, and managing corporate records while conducting research under limited supervision.

The attorney will counsel staff on policy implications, help shape organizational direction, and contribute to legal risk management. Strong CQI integration and collaboration with teams are expected.

Formación

• Completion of a law degree through an accredited program.
• License to practice law in Wisconsin preferred.
• 5 years of experience working in legal required.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsabilidades

• Draft legal documents and templates for regulatory and corporate matters.
• Manage document templates and corporate legal records.
• Conduct legal research and prepare correspondence under limited supervision.
• Provide legal counsel to Navitus staff on business objectives and policy implications.
• File legal documents and manage filing systems, digital and physical.
• Develop processes for indexing and filing of legal documents and contracts.
