ClassDojo, Inc. is seeking a contract Recruiting Specialist to support our hiring efforts over six months. This role partners with the in-house recruiter and the broader People team to build talent pipelines and move candidates through the process.

You will craft sourcing strategies, conduct outreach, schedule interviews, and help maintain data hygiene in our ATS. The position offers a remote work setup with significant overlap across Americas time zones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth technology environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience using ATS and recruiting tools to manage candidate data and workflows.
• Data-informed approach to recruiting with attention to accuracy and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical searches.
• Conduct candidate outreach and nurture promising candidates through the process.
• Support interview scheduling and coordination for a fast-moving hiring process.
• Step into recruiter conversations and screens as needed.
• Partner with hiring managers on searches and pipelines.
• Maintain high-touch candidate experience and data hygiene in the ATS.
