Job summary

Think Academy US is hiring a Recruiting Intern to support our HR team in the end-to-end recruitment process. The role is remote and part of a full-time schedule, offering hands-on experience in sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities.

You will work closely with the HR team to understand staffing needs, craft job descriptions, and maintain candidate data in our ATS, while developing strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced educational environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Admin or related field; new grads welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Calendly; familiar with ATS like Greenhouse is a plus.
• Eager to learn and contribute to recruitment processes.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates across multiple channels for various openings.
• Assist in scheduling interviews, prep materials, and feedback collection.
• Collaborate with HR to identify staffing needs and craft recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and logs.
• Help develop job descriptions and postings on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake.
• Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
