Job summary

ClassDojo, a communication app used by K-12 teachers, families and students, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to scale our team in a high-growth environment. You will build sourcing strategies and engage top talent across engineering, product, data, marketing and sales, and support interview scheduling.

The role requires 7+ years of recruiting experience and a strong focus on candidate experience and data hygiene in recruiting tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth technology environment.
• Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, including engineering, product, data, marketing and sales.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
