Job summary

ClassDojo is seeking a Senior Recruiting Partner on a 6-month contract, approx. 40 hours per week, to augment our in-house recruiting team.

You will help source, engage, and screen candidates across technical and non-technical roles, coordinating with hiring managers to move fast while delivering a warm, professional candidate experience. You will also help maintain data hygiene in our ATS, partner with teams on priorities, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-moving, distributed

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-moving tech environment.
• Experience handling full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing.
• Strong sourcing skills with ability to build high-quality pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
• Conduct candidate outreach and nurture candidates through the process.
• Support interview scheduling and coordination for fast-moving timelines.
• Step into recruiter screens or other candidate conversations as needed.
• Partner with hiring managers on searches, pipelines, and priorities.
• Deliver a high-touch, candidate-centered experience throughout the process.
• Maintain data hygiene in ATS and recruiting tools.
• Contribute to recruiting projects and process improvements.
