Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Direct experience recruiting within the federal contracting environment, ideally federal health IT.
• Familiarity with CMS, VA, or DHA talent.
• Demonstrated ability to build pipelines ahead of demand.
• Strong sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, X-ray).
• Knowledge of federal labor categories, security clearances, and solicitations language.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Commence's Public Sector Growth Team from sourcing through contingent offer.
• Proactively source passive candidates using direct outreach, Boolean and X-ray search, and referrals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines of federal health IT personnel.
• Grow a network of professionals with CMS, VA, DHA experience even when no opening exists.
• Screen and qualify candidates against contract and proposal requirements.
