Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a temporary IT Recruiter for its Health and Civilian Talent Acquisition team. The role is fully remote with occasional onsite work in Fairfax, VA, and requires local DC/DMV area presence.

The candidate will modify requisitions in iCIMS, manage candidate pipelines, and support high-volume hiring across cleared and uncleared programs while coordinating with project leaders and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of staffing/recruiting experience.
• Experience with at least one major job board (LinkedIn/Indeed/Dice/others).
• Experience in both cleared and uncleared programs.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Modify and format job descriptions to create requisitions in iCIMS.
• Build relationships with project managers and senior leaders from requisition to hire.
• Review requisitions for accuracy and post opportunities via web and social platforms.
• Source and prescreen candidates using AI tools and manage candidate pipelines.
• Schedule interviews and assist managers with skills matching and offers.
