Job summary

CAMP Facility Services is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for field and office roles across our markets. You will proactively source passive candidates, conduct fast-moving interviews, and move candidates through the hiring process efficiently.

This remote, high-impact role includes up to 10% travel to visit markets and learn hiring needs firsthand, while collaborating with the VP of Human Resources to strengthen the recruitment function and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in construction.
• Experience recruiting in multi-family, restoration, or facility services.
• Ability to cold call passive candidates.
• Strong organization and urgency; multitask.
• Remote work ability with minimal supervision.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for field and office roles.
• Source and cold call passive candidates daily.
• Screen candidates and move them through hiring stages swiftly.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain updated candidate pipelines.
• Build bench for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage third-party recruiting agencies and monitor fees.
• Prepare and issue offers with HR.
• Track recruiting metrics and support process improvements.
