The Ladders is seeking a Senior Contract Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across multiple business areas in a fast-moving remote environment. You will partner with hiring leaders to shape plans, guide search strategy, and deliver a world-class candidate experience.

This role emphasizes sourcing, engagement, and process execution while enabling you to influence recruiting workflows, reporting, and continuous improvement as the organization scales. Remote within the United States.

Formación

• 8+ years of sourcing or full-life cycle recruiting across multiple departments.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication and business acumen.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop innovative strategies for attracting and engaging top talent
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
• Collaborate with hiring teams to create effective hiring plans
• Coach hiring leaders and provide market insights during the recruiting process
• Lead kickoff meetings and debriefs to align on candidate profiles
• Identify and improve recruiting processes and workflows
