Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or a related industry.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attract qualified real estate professionals and teams to Fathom Holdings Inc.
• Conduct consultations with prospective agents and teams.
• Deliver presentations communicating value proposition, compensation, technology, support, culture, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships through networking, referrals, social media, events, prospecting activities, and company-provided leads.
• Follow up with prospective agents and teams throughout exploration process.
• Utilize video conferencing and digital tools for career consultations and presentations.
• Represent the company professionally at industry events and recruiting functions.
• Track attraction activity and manage opportunities using CRM systems.
• Coordinate onboarding with onboarding, operations, compliance, and support teams.
