Qualifications

• Proven track record in real estate acquisitions, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong financial analysis, valuation, and modeling skills (e.g., DCF, ROI, NPV).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Deep understanding of real estate markets, transaction processes, and legal frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex deal processes and close transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and pursue potential real estate acquisition opportunities that align with investment criteria.
• Conduct detailed market research, due diligence, and financial feasibility studies for prospective acquisitions.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and transaction terms to secure favorable deal structures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, sellers, and other industry contacts.
• Prepare comprehensive investment memorandums and present acquisition proposals to senior management.
• Manage the closing process for acquired properties, coordinating with legal and financial teams.
