Job summary

Agility360 is seeking a Senior Quality Control Underwriter / QC Auditor to join our remote mortgage operations. This role focuses on post-closing and pre-funding reviews, identifying risk, ensuring agency and investor guideline compliance, and producing detailed audit analyses that guide process improvements.

You will manage a high-volume review pipeline, stay current with evolving regulations (FNMA/Freddie Mac, FHA/VA/USDA, RESPA, TILA, Dodd-Frank), and partner with leadership to uphold loan

Qualifications

• 10+ years of residential mortgage underwriting experience.
• Experience underwriting conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, and/or Non-QM loans.
• Deep knowledge of FNMA and Freddie Mac guidelines and FHA/VA/USDA requirements.
• Mortgage Quality Control, Risk Management, Audit, or Post-Closing Review experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RESPA, TILA, Regulation B, Fair Lending, Dodd-Frank, AML/BSA.
• Demonstrated analytical, detail-oriented, and regulatory-compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-closing and pre-funding reviews to ensure guideline compliance.
• Identify underwriting, documentation, and fraud-related deficiencies.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risk levels, and recommendations.
• Analyze loan-quality trends and support process improvements.
• Manage pipeline of loan reviews while meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Stay current on evolving agency, investor, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve quality objectives.
