Agility360 is seeking a Senior Quality Control Underwriter / QC Auditor in Provo, UT. You will review mortgage loan files post-closing and pre-funding, identify risk, and ensure compliance with agency and investor guidelines.

Responsibilities include preparing audit reports, analyzing trends, and coordinating with leadership to meet quality objectives. Strong underwriting experience and regulatory knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of residential mortgage underwriting experience.
• Experience with conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, and Non-QM loans.
• In-depth knowledge of FNMA, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA guidelines.
• Mortgage Quality Control, Risk Management, Audit or Post-Closing Review preferred.
• Strong regulatory knowledge: RESPA, TILA, Regulation B, Fair Lending, Dodd-Frank, AML/BSA.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-closing and pre-funding reviews to ensure guideline compliance.
• Identify deficiencies in underwriting, documentation, and fraud risk.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Analyze loan quality trends to support process improvements.
• Maintain production reporting and communicate audit results clearly.
