Agility360 is seeking a Senior Quality Control Underwriter / QC Auditor in Atlanta, GA. You will leverage your mortgage underwriting expertise to perform post-closing and pre-funding reviews, ensuring adherence to agency guidelines and investor requirements.

You will identify deficiencies, prepare audit reports, analyze loan quality trends, and collaborate with leadership to achieve quality objectives. This role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention across loan files.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years residential mortgage underwriting experience.
• Experience with conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, and Non-QM loans.
• Deep knowledge of FNMA and Freddie Mac guidelines; government loan requirements.
• Regulatory and compliance understanding: RESPA, TILA, Regulation B, Fair Lending, Dodd-Frank, AML/BSA.

Aufgaben

• Perform post-closing and pre-funding reviews to ensure guidelines compliance.
• Identify deficiencies in underwriting, documentation, compliance and fraud.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Analyze loan quality trends to drive process improvements.
• Manage assigned review pipeline while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Stay current on agency, investor and regulatory requirements.
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
