Job summary

Agility360 is seeking a Senior Quality Control Underwriter / QC Auditor in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on post-closing and pre-funding reviews, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance across FNMA, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM guidelines.

You will prepare comprehensive audit reports, analyze loan quality trends, and support process improvements while maintaining high accuracy and adherence to investor standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of residential mortgage underwriting experience.
• Deep knowledge of FNMA/Freddie Mac guidelines and HUD/FHA/VA/USDA requirements.
• Strong understanding of RESPA, TILA, Regulation B, Fair Lending, Dodd-Frank, AML/BSA.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-closing and pre-funding reviews to ensure compliance with agency and investor guidelines.
• Identify underwriting, documentation, compliance, and fraud-related deficiencies.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risk levels, and recommendations.
• Analyze loan quality trends to support process improvements.
• Manage an assigned review pipeline while meeting productivity and quality targets.
