Responsibilities

• Shift quality left with senior client stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholders to define quality strategy and empower teams.
• Highlight risks and assist in risk management with leadership.
• Perform exploratory testing to reveal insights and risks.
• Improve testability, tooling, and automation across programs.
• Define and implement cross-product test program approaches (UAT, E2E).
• Influence standardized test automation practices across teams.
• Adapt testing approaches to industry standards and regulations.
• Coach team members to deliver higher quality software.
• Advocate QA expertise within Thoughtworks and the wider industry.
