Job summary

Thoughtworks is seeking a Quality Analyst to partner across teams and shape a proactive quality strategy. You will drive left-shifting quality with stakeholders, perform exploratory testing, and lead automation efforts across multiple products and domains.

Qualifications

Experience embedded in a development team with QA mindsets.
Familiarity with agile, code management, deployment and release strategies.
Extensive practice with TDD, BDD, CI/CD and Test Pyramid concepts.
Ability to influence changes across on-premise and cloud architectures.
Experience planning and executing functional and cross-functional testing including performance and security.
Use metrics to improve lead time, deployment frequency and MTTR.

Responsibilities

Shift quality left in alignment with senior client stakeholders.
Partner with stakeholders to define a quality strategy and empower teams to execute it.
Highlight risks to delivery and help manage them with leadership.
Perform exploratory testing to uncover risks and insights.
Drive test automation improvements and appropriate tooling.
Define programs for testing across multiple products/services and domains (UAT, E2E).
Influence consistent automation approaches across teams and projects.
Adapt testing approaches to industry standards and regulations.
Coach team members to deliver higher quality software and adopt a testing mindset.
Advocate QA expertise within Thoughtworks and the broader industry.
