Job summary

Kreative Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure software and deliverables meet quality standards. You will define QA processes, review work products, and lead testing efforts. The ideal candidate is thorough, objective and committed to getting things right in a remote work environment.

You will mentor testers, design tests, track defects and drive continuous improvements in quality across projects.

Qualifications

4+ years of software quality assurance experience.
Experience developing QA plans, test strategies and test cases.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, ALM or Azure DevOps.
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Continually required to use common office equipment.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains the Quality Assurance Plan and QA procedures.
Reviews deliverables, code and documentation for compliance with standards and requirements.
Plans and leads functional, regression and system testing.
Designs test cases and builds automated tests where practical.
Tracks defects and quality metrics and reports trends.
Conducts process audits and recommends corrective actions.
Mentors testers and QA staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.
