Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a QA team of 15-20 across multiple product lines, setting quality standards and building a culture of engineering discipline.
• Define and own the testing strategy across the portfolio - spanning functional, regression, integration, and non-functional quality dimensions.
• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives across the engineering organization.
• Establish metrics and reporting that provide leadership visibility into quality trends.
• Work across ERP integration surfaces and deployment contexts to ensure quality standards.
• Build a scalable QA organization by mentoring talent and closing skill gaps.
