Job summary

Sirva Inc. seeks a Proposal & Communications Consultant to partner with Sales and Global Account Management, delivering high-quality RFPs, RFIs, and related proposals. You will develop content, presentations, and clarification materials, guiding pursuit strategy and ensuring timely, compliant submissions.

You collaborate with SMEs and leverage tools like Loopio, SharePoint, and GenAI to craft persuasive materials and maintain knowledge assets for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with relevant marketing/communications background.
• Must have strong written communication skills and grammar.
• Experience in proposal development and RFIs/RFPs is preferred.
• Able to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workloads.
• Ability to organize content, documents, and graphics for proposals.

Responsibilities

• Pursuit support: develop RFP/RFI responses and related follow-up.
• Create presentation materials for sales pursuits and account management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure on-time submission.
• Conduct research, gather information, and tailor responses to client needs.
• Provide input on content strategy and maintain knowledge management.
• Manage workflow across proposal cycles and ensure compliance with requirements.
