Jobgether SRL is seeking a senior proposal strategist to elevate proposal strategy, content quality, and infrastructure across a healthcare-focused organization. You will shape how proposal content is created, managed, governed, and leveraged to support high-value commercial pursuits.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in priority proposals, mentoring proposal professionals, and building scalable content systems for fast access to accurate, persuasive materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years in proposal management or sales support.
• Healthcare industry experience (healthcare IT, managed care, or related field).
• Proven ability to create and scale proposal content strategies and libraries.
• Track record of improving proposal quality and win rates.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling for executive narratives.
• Experience with proposal management platforms and content-management tech.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape the function's strategy, intake prioritization, and content governance.
• Own architecture and roadmap of scalable proposal content systems.
• Develop content strategies and compelling narratives for key proposals.
• Collaborate with pursuit leads to strengthen messaging and competitiveness.
• Establish enterprise-wide proposal standards and review processes.
• Build content libraries enabling fast access to accurate materials.
• Mentor proposal professionals and establish consistent quality standards.
• Provide hands-on contributions to high-value proposals when needed.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with sales, clinical, and marketing.
• Drive continuous improvement via data and technology.
