Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote Senior Proposal Associate to join our team. The role involves supporting or managing all aspects of the proposal and budget process for opportunities of varying complexity, including RFIs and RFPs, with interaction across internal stakeholders and senior leadership.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, strong customer service, analytical abilities, and knowledge of proposal management software.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher required in a relevant field.
Experience in health sciences, clinical research or pharmaceutical field preferred.
Knowledge of proposal management software (Salesforce.com, Proposal Automation) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supports or manages all aspects of the proposal/budget process for opportunities of varying complexity.
Analyzes RFI/RFP documents to identify missing information for budgets and responses.
Shadows or manages strategic and operational calls related to opportunities.
Facilitates internal/external opportunity management negotiations (pricing, process, resources, timelines).
Supports client-facing and senior management activities related to opportunities, including preparation and meetings.
Escalates issues to Manager for resolution.
Performs data entry into databases/systems as directed.
Contributes to content library updates and knowledge of regulatory environments.
Completes other duties as assigned.
