Job summary

Henkels & McCoy West seeks a Senior Proposal Manager to lead and support proposal design, planning, and execution for projects in the West Region. You will guide pricing strategies, manage a medium-to-large team, and ensure on-time delivery of RFP responses with clear, compliant documents.

The role requires exceptional technical writing, leadership, and collaboration with Project Management and Business Development.

Qualifications

• Experience as a proposal coordinator, technical writer, or similar in the AEC industry, preferably with EPC or Design-Build delivery.
• Experience with subcontractor bidding events.
• Proven excellence in technical writing and organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support bid, pricing, and proposal strategies for multiple projects.
• Define and implement RFP requirements and manage proposal lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and client requirements.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and maintain brand voice across documents.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodology and safety standards.
