Job summary

Panorama-Education in the United States is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead the end-to-end RFP process, assemble materials, collaborate on content, edit responses, and ensure on-time submission.

You will work with the RFP team to build knowledge management systems that speed up future proposals and expand our reach across districts and state education agencies, while partnering with cross-functional teams to produce accurate, compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience writing technical proposals, managing end-to-end RFP processes.
• Strong writing ability for technical content.
• Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate key information quickly at headline and detail levels.
• Detail-oriented with proofreading and copyediting skills.
• Ability to write persuasively about technical and business products/services.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Capable of handling multiple proposals concurrently.
• Passion for making an impact in education.

Responsibilities

• Co-own content-writing and knowledge management for Panorama’s RFP responses.
• Manage complex projects with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.
• Analyze RFPs, RFQs, RFIs to determine products, effort, and team involvement.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Engineering, Operations, Product, and Research to craft responses.
• Ensure proposals are compiled, submitted, printed/bound per specs, and shipped on time.
• Coordinate follow-up and prepare for district/state presentations.
• Develop scalable processes and a knowledge library for faster responses.
• Support Outreach with content for sales collateral as needed.
• Manage completion of compliance forms and vendor questionnaires.
