Job summary

Panorama Education, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Manager to join our Revenue team and manage the proposal process from start to finish.

You’ll gather materials, coordinate writers, edit content, and submit responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs while building scalable knowledge management for faster, higher-quality bids. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in technical proposal writing, excellent writing and proofreading, and strong collaboration across divisions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience writing technical proposals.
• Strong writing ability and love for writing, particularly technical writing.
• Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate key information quickly and effectively at the “headline” and detail level.
• Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and copyediting skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-own content-writing and knowledge management for Panorama’s responses to RFPs along with others on the RFP team.
• Manage complex projects with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.
• Analyze incoming RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to determine products required and level of effort.
• Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Engineering, Operations, Product, and Research teams to craft responses that win proposals.
• Ensure proposals are compiled, submitted, printed, bound, and shipped to meet specifications.
• Coordinate RFP follow up and preparations for district/state presentations.
• Develop scalable processes and a knowledge management system for faster responses.
• Support Outreach team with content development for sales collateral.
• Manage completion of compliance forms and vendor questionnaires.
