Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager/Writer to join our Global Proposals Team.

You will support the development of proposals, questionnaires, and business development materials, blending strong business writing with disciplined project management in a cloud security context. The role operates in a high-volume, high-velocity environment with RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and security questionnaires.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing complex proposals in SaaS or cybersecurity environments
• Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent requests with tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication, translating technical content for customers
• Strong project and time management skills coordinating SMEs and leadership
• Proficiency with proposal management platforms and common office tools

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RFI, RFQ, RFP, DDQ, and security questionnaire activity to ensure on-time delivery
• Own a high-volume workload of concurrent proposal assignments and tasks
• Drive the proposal process: schedule, milestones, reviews, and QA for compliance
• Review customer requirements and develop compliance matrices and outlines
• Coordinate contributions from cross-functional SMEs to produce high-quality responses
• Build customer-facing templates and manage draft-through-approval workflows
• Prepare final deliverables with formatting, proofreading, and clarity checks
• Enable Sales and teams on best practices, intake processes, and policies
• Maintain and improve proposal content library for reuse and efficiency
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and content reuse initiatives
• Assist in other departmental projects as needed
