VytlOne is seeking a PBM Proposal Writer to join a remote-based team, supporting national employer RFPs with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and strategic storytelling. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a proposal writer in the PBM, specialty pharmacy, and/or 340B
• Experience leading complex RFPs for large, national employers
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal process from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop client-specific proposals.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of responses.
• Maintain project schedules and deadlines.
• Mentor junior staff and support continuous improvement.
