Nationwide is seeking a seasoned underwriter to lead complex Programs from development to execution. You will guide pricing, coverage, terms, and reinsurance decisions while maintaining strong relationships with program managers and brokers.

You will collaborate across claims, actuary, compliance, and other partners to implement underwriting guidelines and market strategies. Travel to client meetings may be required.

• Demonstrated knowledge of commercial insurance underwriting policies and practices.
• Ability to lead complex programs and analyze exposures to losses.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal/external partners.
