Qualifications

• 10+ years of underwriting experience across production or program underwriting.
• Background in Property & Casualty, Specialty, or Professional Lines.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including Actuarial, Claims, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Legal.
• Ability to work remotely across the U.S. with some in-office presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of programs from referral to profitability oversight.
• Lead underwriting oversight, pricing, and renewals.
• Partner with Program Administrators and internal teams across departments.
• Contribute to due diligence, onboarding, and development of guidelines and forms.
• Perform portfolio analytics and monitor program performance.
