Job summary

IMPACT (Swell's parent company) offers a fully remote role overseeing Swell's operating system end-to-end, ensuring campaigns launch on time and assets are cleared. You will groom sprints, manage capacity, and maintain a scalable process across multiple client accounts.

Join a proactive, EOS-driven team using Claude and other tools; you will own ClickUp workflows, run weekly huddles, onboard new teammates, and partner with the Ads Team Lead and cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running multi-account project or operations management inside an agency, ideally paid media or digital marketing.
• Working understanding of how paid campaigns get built and launched.
• Strong ClickUp proficiency, or equivalent fluency in Asana / Basecamp / Trello with willingness to switch.
• Comfort maintaining quality and deadlines with both internal teammates and external clients.
• Track record of building or rebuilding processes (via templates, automations, documented workflows).
• Direct, clear written communication; you can deliver a status update or a hard 'no' in three sentences.

Responsibilities

• Own Swell's campaign lifecycle across every active account, from planning to launch.
• Support during recurring client calls; update agendas, capture decisions, schedule next steps.
• Groom the sprint to protect billable hours and balance capacity.
• Maintain and extend templates and workflows; ensure ClickUp integrity.
