Speedwork Social is seeking a Senior Ad Operations Specialist to build, launch and report on campaigns across client accounts. You’ll ensure every campaign goes live on time and stays clean, so account leads can focus on clients and strategy.

In this remote, US-based role, you’ll work with LinkedIn, Google and Meta ads, set up tracking, optimize budgets, and produce weekly performance insights using Looker Studio and other tools. Strong accuracy and fast execution are essential.

Competenze

3–5 years hands-on in paid social and paid search.
Expert in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Proficient in pulling insights from spreadsheets and CRM data.
Daily use of AI tools for bulk edits and analysis.

Mansioni

Build and launch campaigns in LinkedIn, Google and Meta from the plan.
Upload audiences, adjust bids and budgets, refresh budgets monthly.
Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking (LinkedIn Insight Tag, GTM, Zapier).
Pull weekly performance into Looker Studio dashboards and flag changes.
Analyze client data to identify performance trends and opportunities.
Write first-draft ad copy variations from briefs, QA before launch.
