Job summary

IMPACT is seeking a Senior Ads Designer for Swell's paid media clients. You will own ad creative from concept through final assets, shaping design strategy, drafting revisions, and steering the production pipeline with AI-assisted tools.

You will collaborate with our Head of Paid Media and quality-check contractor outputs before client delivery. You will focus on concepting and client-facing creative strategy, while hands-on tasks like resizing multiple variants are handled efficiently by the

Qualifications

• 3-5 years designing digital ad creative (agency or in-house).
• Portfolio of direct-response work with proven results.
• Deep understanding of branding & digital buyer psychology.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Google Workspace.
• Fluency in Figma.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro & Creatopy or similar tool is a plus.
• Comfort discussing strategy with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy per client with research and testing plans.
• Produce static ad designs and full campaign suites for Meta, Google, LinkedIn.
• Manage revision cycles with clear rationale and limited rounds.
• Operate and improve AI production pipeline for faster outputs.
• Direct video creative: scripting, storyboards, briefs; editing is a plus.
• Quality control of contractor output before client delivery.
• Maintain organized asset hygiene for easy handoffs.
