Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 10 years’ project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent credential.
• Experience leading large teams toward complex goals.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
• Supervisory and mentoring skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Health services or public health research background.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project work plans and resource estimates.
• Monitor milestones and budget/resource use; adjust as needed.
• Re-estimate work plans based on contingencies and priorities.
• Prepare generalized cost estimates using labor rates and direct costs.
• Coordinate with proposal team for contract awards and estimates.
• Manage expenditures per budgets; provide monthly performance reports.
• Lead PMO standards development and tools/process improvements.
• Serve as liaison to client/funding agency leadership; report progress.
