Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a seasoned Project Manager for its Professional Services team to oversee client onboarding, adoption, and growth initiatives. You will coordinate internal and external resources to deliver engagements on time and within budget, while driving value and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in managing or supporting large-scale services delivery.
• Experience creating and managing Gantt project schedules and forecasting resources.
• Experience managing complex projects across web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Define execution strategies to ensure delivery of all services and scope.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute custom statements of work and onboarding strategies.
• Partner with account teams during pre-sales engagements as the services delivery expert.
• Develop repeatable processes and templates to increase efficiency and standardization.
• Manage project plans to ensure on-time delivery of services and deliverables.
• Own delivery for one-time projects or scaled SOWs and support account growth.
• Prepare reports on progress, budget, and risks using internal systems.
• Provide proactive, high-level service through clear communication.
• Maintain knowledge of Procore products and service best practices.
