Job summary

Moxie Labs is a remote, full-time digital agency delivering high-impact websites and digital experiences for Health Tech, Pharma, and Biotech brands. We seek a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery, align clients and internal teams, and lead regulated projects with calm, credible leadership.

You will manage discovery through launch, oversee MLR/PRC processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and marketers in a fast-moving, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in pharma/biotech agency or similar client services environment.
• Experience delivering pharmaceutical/biotech digital website projects is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of agency, creative, and digital production processes.
• Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, JIRA/Atlassian Suite, Smartsheet).
• Superior communication skills and ability to translate stakeholder input into actionable plans.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams.
• Familiarity with Waterfall & Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• PMI certification from CAPM/PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of pharma/biotech website projects — discovery, UX/creative, MLR/PRC review, development, QA, and launch.
• Lead all client-facing project activity: scope, timeline, budget, risk, and communication.
• Manage MLR/PRC submission calendars and routing, track reviewer comments through revisions, flag risks before deadlines.
• Bring FDA-regulated pharma marketing expertise into project plans and timing.
• Direct a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and marketers (on- and off-shore).
• Represent client interests and priorities to the internal team throughout planning and execution.
• Deliver project plans, status reports, and client-facing schedules; run daily stand-ups.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
