Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical marketing agency.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Proficiency with MS Project or SmartSheets and advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree with experience using a project management financial platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal point of contact for all projects, liaising with account, creative, technology, operations, accounting, and administration.
• Lead complex projects, manage budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensure quality from beginning to end.
• Lead production meetings, maintain PM systems of record, and drive process improvement initiatives.
